Construction of School on Back Burner For 15 Years
The parents said their children are left with no choice but to get education under the bare sky
Following the passage of some 15 years, a school in Ranjho village of Qambar district in Sindh is under construction and the students are receiving education under open sky even in extreme weather conditions.
Sindh government has always claimed that the educational facilities are improving in the province but contrarily, the school building is narrating some other story.

News360 correspondent visited the school in Qambar and interviewed teaching staff and parents of the students.
The parents said their children are left with no choice but to get education under the bare sky.
“The school building is under construction for over 15 years and still no fruition”, they added.
On the other hand, the students demanded basic school furniture from the government.
The teachers shared with News360 that there used to be an old school building in the area that was in decrepit condition.
The authorities flattened the ram-shackled structure and since then the students are compelled to attend school in the open air.
In the scorching summer heat, they are taking classes in a nearby Imambargah without any facilities.
The students and teachers demanded the government provide them better schooling facilities immediately.
