Sharmila Faruqi Talks About Fleecing Airline Fares

PPP leader Sharmila Faruqi shared a selfie onboard a flight while traveling from Lahore to Karachi on May 15 through Airblue Airline.

Sharmila claimed that the airline charged Rs 23,000 for a one-way ticket.

Before boarding on the plane, the PPP leader posted her photo and wrote that she was among some rare species who was traveling on the occasion of Eid.

Next to this, Sharmila Faruqi posted a selfie on Twitter, where she showed the situation of the airline that was fully crowded despite astronomical fares.

Replying to Sharmila’s tweet, aviation journalist Tahir Imran asked Sharmila Farooqi not to brag about the ticket price.

Come on Sharmila tell the truth.
Who did you pay 23K to?
Because according to my info not a single ticket at this price was sold on this specific flight.
