Abducted girl case, accused Zaheer and Shabbir Ahmed’s bail approved

Additional District and Sessions Judge ordered the accused to be released with a bond of two lac rupees.

KARACHI: The court has approved the bail application of the main accused Zaheer Ahmed and Shabbir Ahmed in the Abducted girl case.

In the Additional District and Sessions Court East, the case of the abducted girl was heard.

The Additional District and Sessions Judge granted bail to the main accused Zaheer Ahmed and his brother Shabbir Ahmed.

On behalf of accused Zaheer Ahmed and accused Shabbir Ahmed’s lawyer, bail application was filed in the Additional District and Sessions Court.

The court ordered the release of the accused, ordering them to deposit two lakh rupees.

The court rejected the request to meet the abducted girl and record the statement of 164.

It should be noted that on August 18, the Sindh High Court had rejected the petitions of Zaheer Ahmed, the main accused in the Dua Zehra case, to end the case and to change the investigating officer on behalf of the plaintiff.

The main accused in the case, Zaheer Ahmed, filed a request to end the case, while the petitioner, Dua Zahra’s father, filed a request to change the investigating officer. A contempt of court application was filed against the prosecution of Zaheer Ahmed.
