Well-known lawyer and social activist Jibran Nasir returned home after 24 hours, Jibran Nasir was forcibly taken away in a Vigo vehicle by unknown persons from Gulshan e Tawheed area of Defense the night before. Jibran Nasir says he is sticking to his position and my struggle will continue.

Speaking to the media after returning home, Jibran Nasir said, “Disappearances in Pakistan are not new, nor are they unusual. All friends and colleagues, especially journalists, women, my My lawyers community and bar councils, civil society, and politicians who also prayed and tried, because of which I returned home safely.’
He added, “I am with my family now, I thank everyone. I must have had some determination, some struggle, because of which all my friends felt it was necessary. That all these people raise their voices for my recovery, that struggle will continue and that commitment is also in place.

On the other hand, the Human Rights Commission of Pakistan expressed serious concern over the abduction of Jibran Nasir and demanded that Jibran be returned safely immediately and the kidnappers be brought to justice according to the law.
