A social activist named Sayeda Zurmina Zar has opened a three-room school in Lyari for the residents to accommodate them with free education.
Zurmina said that while completing her thesis, she researched child labor in Lyari and during her course, she was motivated to initiate free education for them.
She added she started this work from Ghareeb Shah Area of Lyari, where a large number of children were facing different challenges from poverty to Down syndrome.

Zurmina added that in the initial stage, she only has the vision and a strategic plan to implement but doesn’t have a place to accommodate these children.
