A video of a fight among influential people in city’s most expensive area on coastal strip adjacent to two rivers in Defense Phase 8 area of Karachi has gone viral on social media.
In video, a person can be seen pointing a weapon at opponents and shouting dirty abuses. an incident that happened in poshest area of Karachi raised questions on the performance of the Sindh government and the police.
Nazir Shah, a crime reporter associated with ARY News, has shared a video on his Twitter handle, in which some people can be seen fighting each other on the premises of Emara Apartments located in Defense Phase 8. He has kept and blessed them with dirty abuses.

Nazir Shah wrote in the details of the video that “in the most expensive apartment of the defense, the MPA from Jacobabad and his associates misbehaved with the women and tried to get the matter dismissed by seeing the influential person”.
He said that “several videos of the dispute have come to the fore, will the South District police take action against the involved elements?”
Sindh Police Media Cell’s Twitter handle commented on Nazir Shah’s tweet, “The matter has been resolved.” On this, Nazir Shah wrote, “What is the use of forced reconciliation, such elements should be told that there are no gangsters in Karachi.” “There is some law left here.”
