Stage actress Dua Chaudhry accused her husband Salman Shaukat and Lahore police of allegedly abusing her when she got into the DSP office to file a complaint against her spouse.
The actress accused the police officials of violent behavior at the office of Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Sohail Kazmi.

Dua Chaudhry asserted that she reached the office to lodge a complaint but she was tortured and bad-mouthed by Station House Officers (SHOs) including Saleem Shaukat and Yasir Abbas and other police personnel along with her husband Salman Shaukat.
The stage actress told the media that her husband tortures her on regular basis and once she had lost her pregnancy due to this.
“We tied the knot 3 years back and he beats me regularly as he is fed-up with this relationship”, she wept.
