Etiquettes of Parliamentarians Miffed Pakistani Stars

Not only the showbiz stars but Pakistan’s former captain of the national cricket team Shahid Afridi condemned how Pakistani politicians acted in the assembly

Parliamentarians in Pakistan with their tall promises are supposed to collectively work for the betterment of the country but they behaved like ill-mannered children which wasn’t received well by the stars in Pakistan.

As per social media users, the members of parliament weren’t supposed to act as they gathered in a wrestling arena and the display of this much irresponsible behavior could tarnish country’s image.

Singer Ali Zafar and actress Mariyam Nafees penned down their ire at the parliamentarians on social media.

Ali Zafar kept his message short but posted it as a reminder that the legislature is actually the representative of its people.

On the other hand, Mariyam Nafees posted that books hurled had Pakistan inscribed on them and the behavior lawmakers showed was worse than jokers and animals.

She also tendered apology to the founder of the nation Quaid-e-Azam too.

Not only the showbiz stars but Pakistan’s former captain of the national cricket team, Shahid Afridi, condemned how Pakistani politicians acted in the assembly.

“The storm of misbehavior that was unleashed in the assembly and the use of ill-suited language made me bow my head in shame”, he wrote on his Twitter handle.

Famous writer Khalil-ur-Rehman Qamar also expressed his views and maintained that the leaders involved must be arrested and penalized.

Additionally, news anchors including Maria Memon and Aniqa Nisar raised their voices against the immature behavior of the lawmakers.

Earlier this week, the national assembly became a wrestling ring and the parliamentarians got engaged in a brawl, irking the nation as well as the stars in the country.
