Be it riding a bike on roads or performing man-associated tasks, the women in Pakistan have embraced every challenge.

However, they still have to face different hindrances in their careers such as gender-based pay gap to harassment at workplaces.

A Facebook user shared her experience about spotting female employees at a Total Parco fuel station while she visited it. The city hasn’t been verified yet.

One of the female employees at the station said the working environment was very professional and the male staff was quite cooperative and supportive.

The female pump attendant said earning bread and butter amid coronavirus wasn’t easy but people should normalize women working at workplaces predominated by males.

Thereby, the oil company took the initiative to normalize working women at a fuel station by providing them equal opportunities regardless of gender and age.

The uniform for female pump attendants comprises shirts, pants, and scarves.

With a good salary package, the staff has been appointed to work eight hours shifts while the education criteria set for getting the job is matriculation.
