In a rare occurrence at United Nations General Assembly (UNGA), a visually impaired Pakistani female diplomat Saima Saleem exercised the right of reply during the 76th session.
Saima is a pass out of Kinnaird College for Women University where she completed her bachelor’s and MPhil.
She passed her Central Superior Services (CSS) exam in 2017.
Information Minister Fawad Chaudhry appreciated the exceptional lady in his post on Twitter.
