Wishah Abubakar Demands Security Before Getting Killed

Wishah Abubakar appeared before the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) Cybercrime Wing as part of the investigation against her ex-husband Shahzawar Bugti who leaked her obscene photos and videos on social media.

Shahzawar Bugti is the youngest son of Balochistan’s former Governor Nawab Akbar Khan Bugti.

Wishah had taken to her Twitter account after Noor Mukaddam’s murder and accused that her ex-husband wanted to kill her.

Meanwhile, lawyer Hasham Kayani also appeared before the court on behalf of his client Shahzawar and his mother Shehzadi Nargis. The investigation from both parties continued for two hours.

After investigation, Shahzawar’s lawyer accused that the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) government was supporting Wishah.

He said that the complainant was a fugitive from court and home. Hasham Kayani said the first information report (FIR) filed by her was just a counter-blast.

While talking to News360, Wishah told that she married Shahzawar in 2015.

However, he didn’t leave the bad habits and used to bring other women to the house and had extra-marital affairs too.

She asserted that Shahzawar used to assault her on prohibition from such activities.

“He used to smother me with pillow and strangle me”, Wishah told News360.

She accused that her mother-in-law used to support his son instead of stopping him and defended his relations with young girls.

Wishah accused that Shazawar tried to kill her when she was pregnant in 2018 and he was against making his son a Muslim.

She alleged that Shahzawar used to do blasphemy too after which she started thinking of parting ways.

The victim told News360 that her husband kept her locked in a room for months and assaulted their daughter as well. Wishah termed Shahzawar a beast more than a human.

Answering a question related to an FIR registered in Karachi’s Defence area, Wishah said she separated from her husband in December 2020 and went to her parent’s house in Lahore. She then spoke about the cruelty of her husband publicly in February 2021.

After it, the victim said Shahzawar started insisting on her to return as he allegedly wanted to kill her. However, Wishah didn’t return to Karachi.

The FIR includes sections of robbery while the victim has also been accused to gain cheap publicity through her act.

In response, she said that the whole matter brought her defamation, not fame. She decried that her private photos and videos were leaked.

Wishah said that the FIR was registered against her in March 2021 while she had left the house in December 2020. “Didn’t they come to know about the robbery for three months?”, she questioned.

The victim asserted that Shahzawar also hired a hitman and she as well as her daughter could be killed at any time.

Wishah appealed to Prime Minister Imran Khan to provide her security when she is alive otherwise she would become another Noor Mukaddam. She also appealed to the authorities to arrest Shahzawar at the earliest.
