Zille Shah’s murder: Application filed in Lahore High Court to form a judicial commission
In petition filed through advocate Nadeem Sarwar, it has been argued that death of Zille Shah is a critical matter, Article 9 of Constitution guarantees protection of lives of people

An application was filed in the Lahore High Court to form a judicial commission on the death of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf activist Ali Bilal alias Zille Shah.
The application has been filed by Advocate Nadeem Sarwar in the Lahore High Court, Punjab Government, IG, Deputy Commissioner and others have been made parties in the application.
In the petition, it has been stated that political worker Ali Bilal alias Zille Shah was killed in broad daylight and left in the service hospital.

It has been argued in the application that the post-mortem report has revealed the worst signs of torture on Zille Shah.
Advocate Nadeem Sarwar has argued in the petition that Zille Shah was last seen in the police custody van. According to the police, Zal-e-Shah’s death was caused by a collision with a black Vigo car.
It has been said in the petition that the death of Zille Shah is an important matter which needs to be investigated. Article 9 of the Constitution guarantees the protection of the lives of the people.
It has been requested in the petition that the Lahore High Court should order the formation of a commission to investigate the death of Zille Shah. The court should also monitor the activities of the commission itself
