The Lahore High Court stopped NAB and the Anti-Corruption Department from taking action against Imran Khan till March 24. The ban was withdrawn to the extent of the Punjab Police and FIA. After the court asked for a report, the lawyer of NAB asked for time to submit the report, while the government lawyer submitted the details of the cases filed against Imran Khan with an affidavit.
During the hearing, the court withdrew the order to stop the police and FIA from taking action against Imran Khan. The court remarked that there is no need for an injunction after the reports of cases against Imran Khan.

During the hearing, Tehreek-e-Insaf leader Fawad Chaudhry, while talking to the public prosecutor, asked whether an affidavit has been filed with the report. Lahore High Court Judge Justice Tariq Saleem Sheikh remarked that it is not your job to ask but the court’s job.
The lawyer of the federal government said on this occasion that I have been given a list of only 23 cases. The court ordered the public prosecutor to sign the list.
On this occasion, the public prosecutor said that FIA had given a list of cases and its certified copy has also been submitted along with the affidavit.
During the hearing, Imran Khan’s lawyer Azhar Siddique said that till yesterday, 56 cases were filed against Imran Khan in Punjab and 33 in the federal government.
On this, Fawad Chaudhry, who was present in the court, said that we thought that there were 100 cases, but they are more than a hundred. It seems that someone is being registered against Imran Khan in hours.
During the hearing, Imran Khan’s lawyer Azhar Siddique said that on February 17, he wrote a letter to NAB asking for a list of NAB cases against Imran Khan, but the sign of NAB’s malice is that the list has not been provided yet. has been done It is our right to tell us how many cases there are in NAB against Imran Khan.
Justice Tariq Saleem Sheikh ordered to submit of a report to NAB and Anti-Corruption Department by March 24.
Anti-corruption also sought respite from the court to submit its reply, on which the court remarked that if NAB and Anti-corruption had submitted the details today, the case would have ended.
