Election Commission Pakistan and Balochistan Police have issued arrest warrant of PTI Chairman

On behalf of the Election Commission of Pakistan, Islamabad Police received a warrant for the arrest of Chairman Tehreek-e-Insaf Imran Khan, while on the other hand Balochistan Police has left from Quetta to arrest Imran Khan.
According to the details, the arrest warrant of Imran Khan Niazi sent by Election Commission of Pakistan yesterday has been received by the legal branch of IG Islamabad.
After receiving the arrest warrant, IG Islamabad Akbar Nasir and other police officials have started consultation regarding the arrest of Imran Khan. So that the next course of action can be decided.

It should be noted that even earlier when the arrest warrant of Imran Khan was issued, the team of Islamabad Police reached Lahore under the supervision of SP, but the team failed to arrest Imran Khan.
On the other hand, a team of Balochistan Police has left for Lahore to arrest PTI Chairman Imran Khan.
A case was registered against Imran Khan on the complaint of Abdul Khalil, a citizen of Quetta. In the case, it was requested to be arrested for defaming the institutions. Several provisions including prevention of electronic crimes were included in the case.
