How did Justice Mandukhel’s note reach Farooq Naik? Demand for investigation
PTI leader Fawad Chaudhry said it is worrisome that Justice Mandukhel's note which was not even part of order, reached Farooq Naik and matter should be investigated
Leader of Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), former Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting, Fawad Chaudhry, says that an investigation should be conducted into Justice Jamal Mandukhel’s note reaching Farooq Naik.
PPP lawyer Farooq H. Naik read the note of Justice Jamal Mandukhel during the hearing of self-notification of general elections in Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa yesterday.
During the hearing, PPP’s lawyer Farooq H. Naik read Justice Jamal Mandukhel’s note, upon which Jeff Justice was surprised and asked, “Do you have this note?”
Chief Justice Omar Atta Bandyal asked in surprise, do you have this note? Now it has not even become part of the order PPK Farooq H. Naik said the note is with me.

Former Federal Information and Broadcasting Minister Fawad Chaudhry, leader of PTI, said that Justice Mandukhel’s note reaching PPP’s lawyer Farooq Naik is a matter of concern.
Fawad Chaudhry tweeted that it is worrisome that Justice Mandukhel’s note, which did not even form part of the order, reached Farooq Naik. The matter should be investigated.

Saqib Bashir, a journalist associated with the private TV channel Express News, said in a tweet that Farooq H Naik’s reading of Justice Mandukhel’s note was surprising.
He said that after reading the note of Justice Mandukhel of Farooq H. Naik, the Chief Justice was surprised and asked if you have this note. It is not even part of the order yet.
While retweeting the tweet of journalist Saqib Bashir, Geo News senior journalist Abdul Qayyum Siddiqui said that Mr. Saqib Bashir, the last sentences of your tweet are wrong.

Abdul Qayyum Siddiqui said that Farooq Naik said that he wants to read the note of Judge Jamal Mandukhel, on which the Chief Justice said that it is not with me yet and we have not given the order.
On the Chief Justice’s remarks, PPP’s lawyer Faruk H. Naik said that Justice Jamal read out in the open court what our lawyer colleagues had taken note of.
