Imran Khan, Shah Mehmood Qureshi’s meeting ends in deadlock
According to sources News 360, Vice Chairman PTI has conveyed message of establishment to Chairman PTI that Imran Khan should sideline himself for some time and nothing will be said to him
Meeting between Chairman PTI Imran Khan and Vice-Chairman PTI Shah Mahmood Qureshi ended without reaching any logical conclusion. However, very reliable sources of News 360 say that formula of Shah Mehmood Qureshi’s establishment which was taken to Imran Khan has been rejected by PTI chief.
Tehreek-e-Insaf Vice-Chairman Shah Mahmood Qureshi, who was released from Adiala Jail yesterday, met Tehreek-e-Insaf Chairman Imran Khan at his residence at Zaman Park Lahore.
Meeting between leaders continued for about an hour and a half. However, Shah Mehmood Qureshi left without talking to the media after the meeting.
Sources of News 360 say that Shah Mehmood Qureshi conveyed the message of the establishment to Chairman Tehreek-e-Insaf Imran Khan to sideline himself and the committee he formed to negotiate with the government team headed by Shah Mehmood Qureshi. Let it do its job. Neither will you be arrested nor will your party be terminated?
According to the sources, a press release of the formation commanders’ conference was issued by ISPR during the meeting. On this, Imran Khan addressed Shah Mahmood Qureshi and said you are bringing me a message of settlement, while in the declaration of the formation commanders conference, I and my party are being pushed directly.
According to the sources of News 360, Imran Khan said, “I will not back down from my stand no matter what happens. I have to appear in the courts in Islamabad on Thursday in connection with various cases if they want to arrest me.” They want to kill me, kill me, but now I will not back down from my position. If I am not arrested and I come back, then another meeting will be held and the future course of action will be decided. After which Shah Mehmood Qureshi left Zaman Park.
Later in the night, in his speech through video link, Imran Khan said I will die but I will not surrender to him, my message to the people is that you should never accept slavery.
Imran Khan said that I am going to Islamabad tomorrow. Let these people arrest me, kill me, I will stand by my word.
