The husband of PML-N Senior Vice President Maryam Nawaz and former member of the National Assembly Captain Retired Safdar Awan retracted his statement given to a private TV channel.

Former Member of Parliament of Muslim League-Nun and Maryam Nawaz’s husband Captain retired Safdar Awan refused to give an interview to private TV channel “ARY News”.

Captain Retired Safdar Awan boycotted “ARY News” and said that the TV channel interviewed me on the move and then narrated it out of context.

Naeem Ashraf Butt, a journalist associated with ARY News, said in his message on Twitter that Captain Safdar voluntarily opened an interview and then opened a front against the channel.

According to Captain Safdar, “ARY News” took my 21-minute interview on Data Darbar, but then took his own statements out of context.

He had accused ARY News that he had limited the 21-minute interview to 6 minutes and played his words on the media.

Former Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting, Fawad Chaudhry severely criticized Captain Safdar and said that only now a man can sleep in the lawn for so long, Safdar used to make a U-turn.

It should be noted that a few days ago Captain Retired Safdar Awan in an interview given to “ARY News” raised the flag of rebellion against Muslim League-Nun.

League Vice President Maryam Nawaz’s husband had said that we have dishonored the slogan of “respect the vote”. This slogan was buried the day Bajwa was voted for extension.

Captain Retired Safdar Awan said that Maryam Nawaz is not seen to be the Prime Minister in the near future. He called Shahid Khaqan Abbasi a great person.

He had expressed his shame for making personal allegations about Chairman Tehreek-e-Insaf Imran Khan and said that he was sorry for his statements.
