Tosha Khana Reference: February 7 is set for indictment of Imran Khan
After hearing the arguments of lawyers, judge of local court of Islamabad decided to indict Chairman PTI on February 7.
The local court of Islamabad has decided to indict Chairman Tehreek-e-Insaf Imran Khan in the Tosha Khana reference.
According to the details, the judge of the local court of Islamabad has decided to indict Tehreek-e-Insaf chief Imran Khan on February 7 on the request of the Election Commission on the Tosha Khana reference.
Criminal proceedings have been initiated against Imran Khan in the Tosha Khana case, and the court has set a date of February 7 for indictment.

Today, the court ordered Imran Khan to appear in person, but he did not appear. The court also asked Imran Khan’s lawyer for the power of attorney, on which the Election Commission’s lawyer said that when Imran Khan himself does not appear in person, his lawyer cannot present the power of attorney.
On behalf of the Election Commission’s lawyer, it was requested that since Imran Khan did not appear despite the court order, so his arrest warrant should be issued. The court has ordered Imran Khan to submit a bond of 20 thousand rupees.
At the beginning of the hearing, the court asked Imran Khan’s lawyer, Ali Bukhari, to submit a letter of attorney, on which the election commission’s lawyer raised an objection and said that until Imran Khan himself appeared in court once, his lawyer Can’t submit their power of attorney.
During the hearing, there was a bitter exchange between Election Commission and Imran Khan Khan’s lawyers. Later, the court has fixed February 7 as the date for indicting Imran Khan.
