The Islamabad High Court suspended the non-bailable arrest warrant of the Chairman Tehreek-e-Insaf Imran Khan in the Tosha Khana case and ordered him to appear before the Sessions Court on March 13.
The Islamabad High Court suspended the non-bailable arrest warrant issued by the District and Sessions Court of PTI chief Imran Khan and ordered him to appear before the Sessions Court on March 13.
The Islamabad High Court has said that if Imran Khan does not appear in the session court on March 13, the court will be authorized to take action according to the law.

During the hearing, Imran Khan’s lawyers expressed the fear that if Imran Khan does not appear in the Sessions Court, he may be declared an advertisement.
On this, the court remarked that you are also asking for four weeks, only four weeks are required for advertisement process.
On this, Imran Khan’s lawyers said that then the court should give the appropriate respite. The court accepted the request of Imran Khan’s lawyers and ordered them to appear in the session court on March 13.
