A non-bailable arrest warrant has been issued for former Prime Minister and Chairman Tehreek-e-Insaf Imran Khan in the Tosha Khana case.
In the Tosha Khana case, Additional Sessions Judge Zafar Iqbal has issued an arrest warrant for PTI chief Imran Khan.
In the Tosha Khana case, Imran Khan’s lawyer requested the court to adjourn the hearing for 5 days. On which the judge expressed indignation and ordered to produce them.

This was the Tosha Khana criminal proceedings case in which a non-bailable arrest warrant has been issued for Imran Khan. At the last hearing, Imran Khan was also ordered to appear in court, so that the charge sheet could be filed.
When the hearing began today, Imran Khan’s lawyers appeared in the court, and filed a plea for exemption from attendance, which was rejected by the court.
The stand was taken by the lawyers that it is not possible to present Imran Khan today due to security purposes. Therefore, they should be exempted from attendance for 5 days. After which the court reserved this decision after the arguments of the lawyers.
And now Additional Sessions Judge Zafar Iqbal has given his reserved judgment and Imran Khan’s non-bailable arrest warrant has been issued.
