Zardari’s success in Punjab, PML-N’s Faisalabad division’s SVP joins PPP

Analysts say that in context of elections, co-chairman of Pakistan Peoples Party has extended his stay in Punjab, but PML-N is not paying attention

Pakistan Muslim League (N) has suffered a big loss from Faisalabad division, the manipulative politician co-chairman Asif Ali Zardari has succeeded in inducting PML-N senior leader Chaudhry Salim Tahir Gujjar into the People’s Party. Analysts say that former President Asif Ali Zardari is busy raising flags of success in Punjab, while the leadership of the PML-N is enjoying the dream rabbit.

Former President Asif Ali Zardari’s stay in Lahore is proving beneficial for his party. On Thursday, Senior Vice President of Muslim League (N) Faisalabad Division Chaudhry Saleem Tahir Gujjar met former President Asif Ali Zardari at his residence and announced to join Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP).

Speaking to the media after joining the People’s Party, Chaudhry Saleem Tahir Gujjar said that he will win the seat from NA-109 and gift it to the People’s Party.

People’s Party Co-Chairman Asif Ali Zardari has intensified his political activities in the context of the upcoming general elections and has extended his stay in Lahore. On Wednesday, two leading leaders of Dera Ghazi Khan, Hafiz Tahir, and Hafiz Hashim, joined the People’s Party.

People’s Party South Punjab President Makhdoom Ahmed Mehmood and former Punjab Chief Minister Dost Muhammad Khosa were also present on this occasion.
