Tesla Faces a Rough Patch With Two Recent Incidents

Tesla right now is facing a rough patch in its drive as one of its electric cars that “no one” appeared to be driving caught flames after running into a tree and killing two passengers while on the other hand, a woman protested at the Shanghai Auto Show against faulty brakes in her Tesla car.

The car that ran into a tree burnt for nearly four hours and the position of the victims suggested that no one was driving the car when the incident took place.

Whereas, it is yet to be confirmed whether the Autopilot feature was engaged or not.

It took more than 30,000 gallons of water to extinguish the fire, a police official mentioned.

However, Tesla upon contact didn’t immediately respond to the incident.

Meanwhile, Tesla’s CEO Elon Musk has defended it in a tweet.

On the other hand, Shanghai Auto Show witnessed a protest by a woman against Tesla cars as she alleged the company for providing her with faulty brakes in the car.

The lady was escorted away from the show but it is not confirmed whether she was arrested or penalized for the demo.

She claimed that Model 3 car fitted with faulty brakes led to an accident that could have caused the death of her family members. However, Tesla has denied all allegations.
