Unreachable Nationwide, Ufone Ask Customers to DM Location

After services were unreachable, Ufone asked their panicked customers to DM their contact details and exact locations for further investigation

After cellurar network Ufone services became unreachable in some major cities of Pakistan on Sunday, the panicked customers received an interesting response from the service provider as they were asked to send a direct message (DM) with their exact locations and contact details for further assistance.

Popular for its services, Ufone has exchanged a relationship of trust by offering several affordable packages for everyone since its was launched.

Soon after the services were unavailable on Sunday, the users panicked as they were unable to make phone calls or communicate through internet services.

Some even blamed Ufone for not informing about anything through any source of communication.

Many users joined the Twitter talk mentioning the joint problem they were facing.

Some people wrote to confirm whether the services were operational in Islamabad and Rawalpindi.

One of the Twitter users mentioned that the services were not available in Karachi too.

In response to unreachable services, Ufone patiently responded to every customer and requested each of them to DM their exact locations and contact numbers so that they can further investigate the matter.

It was hours later when the cellular network disclosed that the connectivity issue was observed nationwide due to some technical reasons.
