FIFA Wants UAE-Israel to Host World Cup 2030
FIFA President Gianni Infantino is the first chief of the world football governing body to visit Israel
FIFA President Gianni Infantino has floated the offer to Israel to host the 2030 World Cup with other regional states particularly United Arab Emirates (UAE).
The office of Israeli Prime Minister Naftali Bennet said the FIFA chief floated the idea that Israel could host the World Cup together with the UAE in 2030.

Gianni Infantino is the first FIFA chief who has visited Israel.
The host for the World Cup will be decided in 2024 after the mega event in Qatar in 2022.
Further, Infantino joined in the opening of the “Friedman Center for Peace through Strength” at Israel’s Museum of Tolerance and he was accompanied by US officials who were part of the Donald Trump administration.

The museum has been constructed on a Muslim graveyard in Jerusalem while Palestinian Football Association (PFA) condemned the visit of the FIFA official.
PFA said Infantino’s visit is against international law and it hurt the sentiments of millions of Muslims around the world.
