First Pakistani Female Cyclist to Partake in World Cycling Event

Sidelining the odds associated with age, a 45-year-old Pakistani female cyclist will be participating in the World Cycling Championship in Belgium.

Female cyclist Asma is a Karachiite will compete in the global event this month for which she is all geared up.

The 45-year-old courageous lady will be traveling along a 4-member-team to represent Pakistan in the championship.

Asma, while expressing her enthusiasm, shared with News360 that she applied for the event being a trained cyclist.

“My grandfather was a cyclist too and I took inspiration from him”, she said.

The mother of three feels prepared and is confident of winning the event.
