French Football Stars in The Soup Over Racist Remarks
The clip is assumed to be at least a couple of years old and some say that it was recorded when both players were on a visit to Japan in 2019
The French football team is miring into difficulties as two national players have been found involved in racist activities.
The world champions got out from the Euro Cup 2020 despite being the favorites and now, its two prime players are being condemned over racist slurs.
A 42-second video clip shows French footballers including Antoine Griezmann and Ousmane Dembele, who also play for Barcelona, calling Japanese hotel employees ‘ugly’.

As reported by DW, “the player filming makes fun of the men, talking about “all these ugly faces,” before mocking their language. Griezmann grins and laughs”.
Although it has surfaced now from nowhere, the video is assumed to be at least a couple of years old looking at Griezmann’s hairstyle and some say that it was when both players were on a visit to Japan in 2019 on behalf of the Barcelona club.
Still, the football fans have called for strict action against both French footballers for fueling racism which is against the motto of FIFA.
