Lahore Qalandars gave a joyous moment to their fans after bagging second victory in Pakistan Super League (PSL) 7 against Peshawar Zalmi by 29 runs.

LQ skipper Shaheen Shah Afridi exhibited a magical spell to stop chase of Peshawar Zalmi. Qalandars set a 200-run target after winning the toss.

Fakhar Zaman smashed 66 off 38 and Abdullah Shafiq scored 41 of 31 balls. However, the fielding section of Lahore Qalandars was quite disappointing due to catch drops.

Back-to-back wicket loss stopped Zalmi to reach the target despite much effort as Kamran Akmal and Haider Ali helped their team to go near to the target after the departure of Hazratullah Zazai for zero.

Zaman Khan grabbed three wickets, while Afridi and David Weise took two each. The latest victory put LQ in second place on the PSL point table.
