Malala Yousafzai wants to own franchise in Pakistan Women’s Cricket League

Nobel laureate Malala Yousafzai expressed her desire to own a franchise in  Pakistan Women’s Cricket League.

Malala Yousafzai has shown her interest in the Pakistan Women’s Cricket League and she has also expressed this to the current board management after former chairman Rameez Raja.

Sources say that Malala Yousafzai wants to get a Women’s League team and in this regard, Malala Yousafzai has also received information from the board regarding all the processes of the Women’s League.

Sources say that Malala Yousafzai will participate in the bidding process for the women’s league teams. Malala Yousafzai previously represented Pakistan in the exhibition event of the opening ceremony of the 2019 World Cup and played alongside former Test captain Azhar Ali.

Malala’s husband Asr Malik has worked with PCB in the past while Malala has also shared in the past that she loves playing and watching cricket.
