Muniba Ali, the famous opener of the Pakistan Women’s team, has created history by scoring a century in T20 World, Mbeba Ali has become the first woman batsman to score a century in T20 by Pakistan.

In the ongoing T20 World Cup in South Africa, Pakistan’s wicket-keeper batsman Muniba Ali played an excellent role in his team’s victory against Ireland by scoring a century.

Playing first against Ireland in the T20 World Cup match, the national cricket team scored a magnificent 165 runs for the loss of 5 wickets in the allotted 20 overs. And won by 70 runs against Ireland.

Opening batsman Muniba Ali faced 65 balls and scored a brilliant 102 runs, including 14 fours in his innings. Muniba Ali scored 102 runs against Ireland in South Africa and became the 5th highest scorer in T20 World Cup history.

All-rounder Nida Dar also scored 33 runs with the help of 2 fours and a six. Arlene Kelly took 2 wickets for Ireland.

Pakistan had given Ireland a target of 166 runs to win, chasing the target Ireland team collapsed for 95 runs.

Pakistan won the match by 70 runs, Nasira Sindhu took 4 wickets for Ireland, Nida Dar and Sadia Iqbal took two each while Fatima Sana and Tobiah Hasan took one wicket each.

The 22-year-old left-hander Muniba Ali hails from Pakistan’s largest city, Karachi. Muniba Ali made her debut in the Women’s T20 World Cup in 2016.
