Pakistan to Begin T20I Battle With First Tier England
Some nine English players who were sent in quarantine after coronavirus infected ODI squad are returning in the shortest format
A full-strength England will return in the three-match T20I series against Pakistan after clean-sweeping the visitors in the One Day International (ODI) series.
The first match of Pakistan-England T20I series will be played at Trent Bridge at 10:30 PST.
Some nine English players, who were sent in quarantine after coronavirus infected ODI squad, are returning to the shortest format. However, the victorious captain Ben Stokes will not be part of the side.

Instead, the English side will be captained by Eoin Morgan and other players include Jonny Bairstow, Jos Butler, David Malan, Jason Roy, Adil Rashid, and Moeen Ali.
Eoin Morgan will be a tough pill to swallow for the visitors as he has 390 runs to his name in 15 T20Is played against Pakistan.
All players have tested negative and are ready to tread in the footsteps of the much-younger English side in the 50-over series.
Saqib Mahmood, Lewis Gregory, and Matt Parkinson have been rewarded for their distinct performances in the 50-over series and they have been included in the T20I squad.
The green team faced a major blow as the fast bowler Hasan Ali has been ruled out of the first game due to an injury.
England is ahead of Pakistan in the head-to-head record as it emerged victorious in 12 of 18 matches. The men in green won 5 games while 1 ended in no result.
The men in blue also have an edge in the last 5 encounters as they registered 3 victories while Pakistan won 2.
