Pakistan has dropped some prominent players from the squad for T20 World Cup 2021 and Twitter has gone mad at the team selection.

The same team will also play 7 T20s against New Zealand and England and the mega event in October.

Before Ramiz Raja assumes the charge of the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) chairman, head coach Misbah-ul-Haq and bowling coach Waqar Younis stepped down from their roles.

Saqlain Mushtaq and Abdul Razzaq are joining team management as interim coaches for the New Zealand series.

The players including Sarfaraz Ahmed, Faheem Ashraf, and Sharjeel Khan have been dropped from the side to play the mega event.
