PSL 2021: Which Anthem is Better Than “Groove Mera”?

Pakistan Super League (PSL) season 6 is going to start the “biggest party in Pakistan” from today at the National Stadium in Karachi. Among the six teams participating in the event, some of them have released an anthem to compete with ‘Groove Mera’. 

The fever of PSL is taking the hype among cricket fans across the country.

The release of the official anthem of PSL featuring Naseebo Lal, Aima Baig, and Young Stunners received a mix of reactions from the netizens.

It is too early to say which team will win the PSL 6 trophy. However, to boost the enthusiasm of their respective fans, all the teams have released anthems featuring local and international celebrities.

The official anthem of Quetta Gladiators titled “Is Baar Aar Ya Paar” featured Pakistani celebrities including Maya Ali, Bilal Ashraf, Ramis, and Faizan Najeeb.

Moreover, Singer Fareed Khan did the job for Lahore Qalandars with his song titled ‘Dil Se Qalandar’.

The official anthem of Peshawar Zalmi was sung by Abdullah Siddiqui ft Alltamash titled ‘Kingdom’ featuring Esra Bilgic, Mahira Khan, Hania Amir, and Ali Rehman.

The question persists whether Naseebo Lal’s ‘Groove Mera’ will stay at the top or some other of the anthems will be able to take over it.

The stars to perform in the opening ceremony include Atif Aslam, who will make his PSL  debut, besides rapper Imran Khan and model Humaima Malik who will be present alongside PSL 2021 anthem singers including Naseebo Lal, Aima Baig, and Young Stunners.

Following the opening ceremony of PSL’s sixth edition, the first match between Karachi Kings and Quetta Gladiators will begin at 8 pm.
