An audio clip was released on social media in which Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Ramiz Raja allegedly vented out anger at a senior sports journalist during his press conference yesterday, apparently for broadcasting criticism-based cricket-related stories.
The audio clip was reportedly recorded during PCB Chairman Ramiz Raja’s press conference yesterday in which the PCB chairman was seen frustrated multiple times over sharp questions from the sports journalists.
When a senior sports journalist Abdul Majid Bhatti questioned Ramiz Raja about the point of tolerance, the PCB chief blasted at the journo and stopped him from finishing his question, saying that he got lessons of tolerance from his television shows. Raja said that he got so frustrated after watching his show and sometimes, he wanted to break his TV screen.

During the presser, Raja invaded another sports journalist Zahid Ghaffar from Neo TV when he questioned the discriminative attitude towards Karachi and Lahore-based cricketers. He strongly ruled out the impression and termed it a negative approach to even think about any discrimination made by the PCB towards any player. The video clip of the frustrated PCB chief has also hit social media.

Ramiz Raja, in his press conference at National Stadium Karachi, also ruled out any uncertainty over his future as the PCB chief and said that he was not going anywhere. He slammed the journalists, saying that they are the people who were creating the uncertainty to make some headlines but he was ready to write it on a stamp paper that he is not going anywhere.
