Sarfaraz Ahmed makes dream comeback in Karachi Test

Former captain of the national cricket team and wicketkeeper-batsman Sarfaraz Ahmed, who scored a historic century in the Karachi Test against New Zealand, became a top trend on Twitter for the whole day yesterday.

Former skipper Sarfaraz Ahmed, who smashed a brilliant century in the second and decisive Test match against New Zealand, became the centre of attraction for his fellow players, journalists and fans.

ICC wrote on Twitter, “Comeback hero Sarfaraz Ahmed rated his century in Karachi against New Zealand as his “best hundred””

Skipper Babar Azam paid tribute to Ahmed through a tweet on his brilliant century.

Mohammad Amir praised Ahmed in a tweet and termed him the true champion.

Azam Khan declared Sarfaraz Ahmed a comeback king.

Indian spinner Ravichandran Ashwin also praised Ahmed for his brilliant performance. He wrote on Twitter, “Just saw the closing moments of the #PakvsNZ test. Truly remarkable. Well batted.”
