Netizens have given hilarious responses to the viral photo of a girl holding a banner asking Pakistani wicket keeper-cum-batsman Mohammad Rizwan to adopt her.

The photo of the female Pakistani fan went viral on social media after it got shared by ESPNcricinfo’s Twitter account. The girl, later identified as a LUMS student named Emaan, was holding a placard that reads, “Rizwan! Please adopt me!!!”

The photo was taken during the 2nd T20I between Pakistan and West Indies at National Stadium Karachi.

Netizens reacted differently to the photo as a user said, “Babar fans are jealous.”

A user wrote alongside sharing a collage of Rizwan’s pictures, “You’re excused as he has already adopted his fav pillow.”

After recognising her photo on the ESPNcricinfo Twitter account, the female fan was shocked that her picture was taken by someone, saying, “SOMEONE SHOOT ME.”

She then wrote, “The people on my enclosure are also LAME but shadab waved at me, the one (1) person screaming his name”

She added, “Game plan is to scream every players name until they wave at me. has worked 4 out 4 times so far. I might live here forever.”
