The mountaineer Shehroze Kashif has become the youngest Pakistani to summit K-2 just at 19 which is a national record.

Pakistani mountaineer Ali Sadpara along with John Snorri from Iceland and JP Mohr from Chile couldn’t continue their journey to summit K-2 in February due to malfunctioning in available oxygen supply equipment.

The news of Kashif successfully reaching the peak came at a time when the dead bodies of Ali Sadpara and other two mountaineers were found from Camp 4 by the Madison Mountaineering Sherpa team on Monday.

Taking to his Instagram handle, the young climber shared his achievement and thanked Allah for easing hardships faced during the summit.

The news regarding the death of mountaineer Ali Sadpara had brought sad countenance on millions of faces but the recent national record by Shehroze Kashif has come like a fresh blow.

Shehroze had also become the youngest Pakistani mountaineer to summit Mount Everest, the highest peak in the world.

Previously, he climbed the 3,885 meters Makra Peak at the age of 11 in 2014 and the Khusar Gang peak at the age of 18 last year.
