Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader and former National Assembly member Aamir Liaquat Hussain has offered to mediate between the government and the banned TLP.
Sharing a message on social networking site Twitter, Aamir Liaquat Hussain wrote, “Things are not being dealt properly with Tehreek-e-Labbaik.”

The former MNA added, “For the first time making the masses as witness I request to the prime minister to give me a chance and send me to TLP for talks. You didn’t utilise my services anyway, but send me to the guardians of the Khatam-e-Nabuwwat (PBUH).”
Yesterday, addressing a press conference after the cabinet meeting, Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Fawad Chaudhry had said that no concessions would be made to the banned TLP and they would be treated like a terrorist organization.
He further said that the state would not be blackmailed by the banned TLP and anyone who tried to challenge the writ of the state would be dealt with severely.

Is Faisal Javed Khan not happy with Fawad Chaudhry’s performance?
Fawad said that no state should try to consider Pakistan as weak. It has been decided that the banned TLP will be treated like a militant organization. The banned TLP has now turned from a political to a militant organization. We will also stop the countries from where they are getting support, he added.
Addressing a press conference after Fawad Chaudhry, Interior Minister Sheikh Rashid Ahmed said that it has been decided to deploy Rangers in Punjab for two months to restore law and order. “I have told the banned organization that the French embassy cannot be closed. I am still telling the protesters to go back,” he said.
On the other hand, political analysts say that Federal Interior Minister Sheikh Rashid and Religious Affairs Minister Noorul Haq Qadri could not handle the matter, so if Aamir Liaquat Hussain offered to mediate, the government should accept the offer because Aamir Liaquat Hussain has a good influence.
