Recycling Plant in Afghanistan Creates Jobs
Ishaqzai, a resident of Herat province in Afghanistan, established a small recycling plant with a capital of USD1.5 million to keep the environment clean and provide raw materials for industry including plastic bottles, cans, and bags.
