Sajji: A Symbol of Hospitality in Balochistan

Sajji is a dish that originates from the province of Balochistan, Pakistan. However, the special Sajji of Quetta is famous across the country.

Traditional Sajji is made with the whole lamb grilled over coals but due to the expensive meat, on a commercial level, chicken meat is preferred over the lamb.
