Sanctuary in Ankara Brings New Life For Disabled Dogs
In a suburb of Turkey’s capital city Ankara lies a warm home for hundreds of disabled and stray dogs as Patilikoy dog sanctuary has proved to be their second home.
Patilikoy Co-founder Volkan Koc said, “We took care of stray dogs abandoned to the streets”.
“They were left in the mountains, and deserted places by municipalities”, she added.
