South Asian Netball Champion is Balancing Education & Sports

Pakistani teenager Mahin Aleem, who is the South Asian Netball Champion, told News360 that she has been playing the sports professionally for the last 5 years.

“I had a keen interest in playing cricket at the beginning but later I shifted to Basketball and then Netball”, she added.

Mahin was of the view that balancing studies and sports is quite a difficult task.

“I enjoy playing Netball at the international level the most as it gives us a chance to interact with people from other nations”, Mahin said.

While replying to a question in regards to the scope of the game, she said that right now in Pakistan there is not much hope for the game but it is prevalent internationally.
