WHO Europe Chief Reaffirms Confidence in AstraZeneca

In wake of Denmark’s decision to cease using the AstraZeneca COVID-19 vaccine, WHO Regional Director for Europe Hans Henri P. Kluge reaffirmed that the benefits of using the vaccine “outweigh the risk”.

WHO says some 200 million people have received the AstraZeneca vaccine.
