The youngest Pakistani climber to summit Mt Everest, Shehroze Kashif, received a cheerful welcome upon returning home in Lahore.

While exclusively talking to News360, Shehroze Kashif said that it was an honor not just for him but the whole country. He vowed to reach atop more high peaks across the world.

The climber said that nothing in the world could batter a person’s resolve, adding that he had intended to summit the two highest peaks including K-2 and Mt Everest when he was just 11 years.
Since then, the youngest Pakistani climber to scale Everest started doing whatever was required to reach his goal.
To a question, the teenager dedicated the achievement to the whole nation and expressed that the wounds he got were a gift from mountains.
The mountaineer told he has not finalized any future plans yet but intends to crest more high peaks.
“It is the government’s responsibility now to support me as I scaled the tallest peak in the world on my own with my father’s support”, he said.
The mountaineer’s father, Kashif, told News360 that all of his children wished to reach the apex of the tallest peaks and Shehroze did it.
He added that it was a big achievement for his family as well as for the country.
The father called for the government to support the mountaineer for his future programs.
