The decision for the first crewed flight was made after Bezos declared that he is stepping down as the CEO of Amazon, the largest e-commerce company of the world.

Now, Bezos has planned to serve as an executive chairman of the e-commerce giant he founded 30 years ago.

Bezos’s Blue Origin has SpaceX and Virgin Galactic as its biggest competitors and to stay in the lead, he has announced to carry several flights out of the planet Earth.

On becoming the new man after visiting space, Bezos predicts that this journey will shape its relationship with the planet and people.

Moreover, Elon Musk’s SpaceX has also some missions to launch this year that will take the citizens to orbit privately.

One will be conducted in September, where the founder of Shift4 Payments Jared Isaacman will be accompanied by three other astronauts to space.

Although Elon Musk himself has plans to go to Mars, he has not disclosed any plans to go to space himself soon.
