As per analysts, such verdicts can only come out from the societies where the writ of law is established and every citizen is treated equally.
They compared it with Pakistan where a common citizen has to wait for years for justice to be served.
Additionally, in most cases, the victims in the country remained unheard like the Sahiwal murder case and Lahore Model Town incident.
Two years back in Pakistan, a couple along with their daughter and a neighbor was killed in Sahiwal in an alleged police encounter.
On the other hand, the families of the 14 victims who were gunned down by the police in Lahore’s Model Town are awaiting justice since 2014.
