In a latest advertisement by Switzerland Tourism starring tennis champion Roger Federer and Hollywood actor Robert De Niro, the latter doesn’t find the location fit for the film shoot.
Tennis star Roger Federer has been appointed as Switzerland Tourism’s new ambassador.
The 90-second commercial shows that Roger Federer is convincing Robert De Niro to shoot a film in Switzerland due to its scenic landscape and beautiful sunrise and sunset.
The tennis star had sent some reference clips that would assist the actor to reach a final decision.
In a video call, Roger asked De Niro whether he watched the promotional tourism film he sent to him.
In response to it, De Niro replied that he did watch the film but he is not ready to confirm the location, contending ‘Switzerland is too perfect for the shoot’ and canceling the idea of doing a “Switzerland film”.
De Niro, who is popular for his dark crime thrillers and mob movies, said ‘Switzerland is too perfect, and the people are too nice’, whereas he is in search of some drama for his project.

Federer continues trying to convince the Hollywood star and listed down some amazing adventurous ideas suitable for De Niro.
However, the Goodfellas actor suggested that Federer should rather contact Tom Hanks.
Both individuals have aced in their fields as Roger Federer is a celebrated tennis star and Hollywood actor Robert De Niro has proved his acting adroitness in multiple scripts including Canterbury Glass, Wash Me in the River, and Killers of the Flower Moon in the offing.
