Ukrainian Airplane Hijacked in Afghanistan Flies to Iran

A Ukrainian airplane designated for evacuation of nationals from Afghanistan has been hijacked by unidentified people.

Ukraine’s Deputy Foreign Minister Yevgeny Yenin said the airplane has been taken to Iran from Afghanistan.

The evacuation aircraft was hijacked last Sunday and it went under complete control of hijackers with unidentified individuals on Tuesday.
