Karachi Motorist Fined For Not Paying Bribe
The citizen grabbed the chance and recorded the conversation with the traffic warden and sent it to News360
A video sent to News360 by a citizen shows a traffic constable issuing a challan to driver of Suzuki pickup, however, it can be heard in the video that the warden asked Rs 200 as a bribe and upon refusal, the citizen was imposed a fine of Rs 500.
The citizen grabbed the chance and recorded the conversation with the traffic warden and sent it to News360.
