Some internet users believe that the singer disgraced the pious Bibi Fatima by wearing the band around her naked arm
The Coke Studio star Aima Baig has recently exchanged rings with actor Shahbaz Shigri in a private ceremony and internet users bawled her out for disrespecting religion by wearing Imam Zamin on her bare arm.
The engagement ceremony of the stunning duo, who were dating for more than 2 years, was attended by family, close relatives, and few friends from the media industry.
The singer could be seen wearing a sleeveless red saree while her fiancé donned a dark blue suit.

In the Shia community, an Imam Zamin is a band, with a token cash amount stitched inside, that is tied to the arm for safekeeping at special occasions like travel, an exam, or an engagement or wedding.
In this regard, #AimaBaig and #RespectTheHolyNames trended on Twitter as some internet users believed that the singer had disgraced Bibi Fatima.
