RIUJ President Terms PMDA Bill ‘Need of the Hour’
Glad tiding for journalists as the government is initiating Pakistan Media Development Authority (PMDA) bill and though many political parties are opposing it, the rest cheered as its talks about their rights.
In this regard, President of Rawalpindi Islamabad Union of Journalists (RIUJ) Raheel Nawaz Swati said that though the representatives of PFUJ have differences with the clauses they didn’t reject it.
He said that in Pakistan there isn’t any law passed for the rights of the journalists and there isn’t any insurance given for their work.
